Terrible / non existent service from Telkom

Terrible / non existent service from Telkom ! Logged a fault with Telkom on Tuesday 16th July for a failed land line incl VDSL line and have had absolutely no response. Keep calling into technical support centre who say there is nothing they can do. Paying a lot of money for a service I cannot use ! Not even worth 1 star
