Terrible Network Issues

I changed over to Telkom Mobile a few months ago in the hopes of moving over to a better network. As I previously had a bad experience with another network, I tried to to as much homework on Telkom Mobile as possible... I checked on the Telkom coverage map which showed me that I would have 3G as well as LTE at my home as well as at my work premises. This is not true. I have the Unlimited package but because of the terrible network, I need to constantly stay on wifi or buy additional roaming data to make use of my phone. Is this not complete misrepresentation on behalf of Telkom? If I had known that the Telkom coverage map was completely inaccurate then I would have considered another network
