Terrible network

I purchase telkom data when I run out of vodacom I also have mtn the data gets depleted much quicker then mtn or vodacom and the network is much slower then the two.at times there is not network at all phone the call center say its loadshedding how can take people's money and have terrible service then say it's load shedding
