Terrible network coverage everywhere

I have been a customer for almost a decade if not more. Your network has always been shaky.. But ever since about 3 days ago when the telkom network was down completely, when it came back it has bebe been the same. It has been slow and sometimes unavailable for long periods of time.. Your service has always been poor but now it is below poor.. Iv been on contact for about 10.yaers years and honestly I don't know why I'm still with telkom.. If u don't fix up your act these new networks will overshadow you.. And we won't have a choice but to go with them.. I haven't had stable network for 4 days and I use my network for business.. What a let off... For a company that has been around for so long obe would expect better if you. If this persists I'm canceling my contacts and letting all my business associated know what telkom bad service is all about.
