Terrible network coverage and service

I have to say Telkom has the worst customer service and network, I started using it a few years ago, the network coverage was okay but since last year its **** especially since I'm working from home, I didn't pay much attention to it because I was always not home and I was able to switch and use my other network. I would have more the 30 gigs but it was say my network is paused or I have run out, when having network issues you cant get hold of anyone at the call center.
