Terrible network connections

Last year December I took out two contract phones at Telkom Mobile. I found a great deal on their i phones and decided to take it. I was a bit sceptical at first because I was a Vodacom customer and received excellent service from them. I am unhappy because I do not have network connections in certain areas which means I hsve no signal. These areas are Constancia and Ceres that I have picked up. I always had signal in these areas but no longer do. I called the customer centre but allthe lady said was that they do not have coverage in all areas. How pathetic is that? I am so unhappy aboutthis and I want Telkom Mobile to sort out this problem.
