Terrible LTE connection quality

For the past few months our LTE service has been very erratic and unreliable. In the past 2 weeks it has been almost unusable with either no connection or incredibly slow connections and then more disconnections.

I've tried contacting customer care but after waiting for 20 minutes for a consultant I gave up.
