Terrible ISP

Terrible ISP, I was with Telkom from 2017 on a 4mbps copper cable for R499 a month and in 2019 they changed me over to an LTE connection 4mbps at R599 but after 2 months they would just throttle me to a point that I could not get any work done. Their customer service would just cut me off when I tried to contact them about the issue and recently when I disconnected from them they slapped me with a massive bill for a service that was not there.
