Terrible internet service

Every month, at least once or twice, we have 2-3 days of inconsistent internet and network (unable to make calls or calls cutting due to bad reception). Paying R2000 a month for internet that only works for 25 days. Spending countless minutes on the phone with consultants trying to troubleshoot issues.
