Terrible internet experience with Telkom.

I originally took up an ADSL home internet connection with Telkom,it was working great,until Telkom decided to move me to wireless broadband ,which I seemed to have no choice with Telkom,now I'm stuck with a terrible internet experience that has terrible speeds,this is unacceptable from Telkom especially when I am still paying them each and every month for a terrible service,I want my ADSL connection back as that was working well for me.I await your response Telkom.i can be contacted on ***.
