Terrible Internet connection for Business

We moved from Vodacom to Telkom and expected excellent service as advised, however this has been the worst decision I have made for my business.

The internet issues caused hours of downtime in the Mount Edgecombe area last costing our business over R200,000 in revenue being lost due to the incompetence of the staff and infrastructure at Telkom, i would never recommend them to another business as they have terrible internet connection VODACOM was by far better than this.
