Terrible *********** company

Would have given 0 stars if possible after the hell they have and are still putting me through. It's now been 5 months since I upgraded my line to 20mbps from 10mbps. I use to pay R799 for my 10 mbps line. I am supposed to pay R999 for my 20mbps line, but every month I am being incorrectly billed R1700. I have logged more than 20 disputes and nothing has been done.

People must stay away from this highly *********** company
