TERRIBLE + HORRIBLE SERVICE = TELKOM!!!!

Telkom are bullies and have done nothing to resolve the issues we have had with them. They are quick to list customers, but fail to do quality assurance checks on the complaints they receive. We never had an issue paying them – you can do a credit check by all means and you will notice none of my accounts are in arrears, the issues started with their poor service delivery to which we still gave them an opportunity to fix and they still failed to do so. Hence the cancellation of our contract which they basically refused to accept as I made numerous follow up calls and got sent from pillar to post with no resolution. They have not made any effort to investigate what went wrong, now they want to threaten us.
