TERRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM TELKOM ???

I moved from Lorraine , Port Elizabeth to Jeffrey's Bay on the 18 the September 2019 ! I only was able to cancel my Telkom Land at Bay West Telkom line on the 28 th September but to this days it has not been disconnected ??? I asked for a land line telephone at My new house at 82 Blackwood , Wavecrest ! They gave me a phone that worked like a land line and looked like a land line but worked on internet ! The phone never ever worked and I was never able to use the phone ! I took it back four times and they kept telling me it would work and on the fourth time I told them to keep it as it was only use as a paperweight and I had more important things to deal with as my wife is dying of cancer and I have thousands of Rands of bills to pay !!! I cannot see why I should pay R1033 for a phone I never made one call from ????
