Terrible, horrible, bad, bad, bad service from TELKOM

What do I have to do to get fibre installed in my home? The experience I've had with Telkom has been worse than appalling. Firstly, the call back I requested using their system never materialised. Then I place an order for fibre installation and again, got totally ghosted. Then I called TWICE to follow up and was promised an email. No email. Now I've just called again to be told my order doesn't exist. Telkom - don't you like money? I'm ACTUALLY TRYING TO BUY SOMETHING FROM YOU. It would be funny. If it wasn't.
