TERRIBLE HELLKOM

I have been ported *****ulantly from telkom mobile to mtn, mtn blocked the number very quickly when I contacted them. BUT TELKOM, I have been waiting for more than 24 hours for my number to be back in service with TELKOM now I am told it is not only me affected by this *****. TELKOM cannot tell me when my number will be back in service, now I basically do not have a phone - no phone calls coming in, no text messages, nothing - until when? TELKOM does not know until when - TERRIBLE HELLKOM!
