Terrible ***** department

I reported a case of *****.

One email reply I got was they are investigating, and now no reply at all for almost 4 weeks.

I did call, waited for 20 minutes then put the phone down.

Do they really have so many ***** cases that they are unable to assist me? It is almost impossible to get through to Telkom.

One would think they had a decent call center being the countries only telephony provider.....

This is not pleasant.
