Terrible feedback, lack of customer care

<p>My relationship with telkom is sadly starting on a sour note. i had used their online service to apply for a new contract phone, was called the very next day by the sales team to get all the paper work done and was told it would be delivered within a week. </p> <p> </p> <p>I waited a full week without any feedback what so ever on the status of the delivery, made numerous attempts to contact Telkom to get infomation but the very same sales team was unable to provide feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>After having to spend my pwn airtime on calling the call center and being passed around I was finally informed that the application did not go through due to the agent filling in details incorrectly. This whole time I have been waiting for nothing. </p> <p> </p> <p>At no point did anyone bother to contact me and inform me on the issue, i would of been happy to get some sort of feedback about this. I could of just went gone to the store and collected there,</p> <p> </p> <p>Terrible Terrible after sales service.</p>
