Terrible feedback and follow up on installation

<p>Terrible feedback and follow up on installation! Every time I get in touch with someone, I get promised that someone will follow up and get back to me with a promised installation date. Two weeks later and no one has even got the courtesy to phone me and give me an update.</p> <p>I am completely in the dark as to when my installation will be done. This was supposed to have been escelated to a manager / supervisor, but not even this was delivered as promised. Very bad customer service and no one seems to know whats going on. </p>
