Terrible extra charges!

Telkom charged me extra for not honoring my debit order date but when I checked now, there was enough money in my account on the date of the agreed debit order date. When I called in, the lady says they cannot remove the fee. WTH? That’s so not right! After being years with telkom I feel like never using their services again!
