Terrible Experience With Telkom – Missing “Dress Your Tech” Vouchers

My sister and I both ordered iPhone 13 devices from Telkom Online, specifically because the promotion advertised that each purchase includes a R1,500 “Dress Your Tech” voucher. We received our phones on 20 October, but more than a month later we still have not received our vouchers.

We have followed up multiple times, but we keep getting vague responses and no resolution. This has been extremely disappointing and feels misleading, as the voucher was a major reason for choosing this deal.

Telkom, this is unacceptable. If you advertise a promotion, you must honour it. We expect our vouchers to be issued immediately.
