Terrible Experience with Telkom: Contract Cancellation Nightmare

I'm writing this review as a warning to others: avoid Telkom at all costs! I've been trying to cancel my contract for over a year, sending multiple emails to various addresses, including ***, ***, and others. Despite my efforts, the contract remains active, and I'm still being charged.

On May 26, 2025, I spoke with Silas Nutlandwana, who assured me that my contract would be cancelled. However, the deductions continued. When I informed him about the issue, he claimed that my contract was never cancelled, despite our recorded conversations.

The lack of responsibility and poor note-taking by Telkom representatives is appalling. The ongoing charges are affecting my credit score, and I'm at my wit's end.

To anyone considering Telkom, beware of their cancellation process and the hassle that comes with it. I hope someone at Telkom reads this review and takes action to assist me.
