Terrible experience with Telkom

This is the worse network company I have dealt with in my life . When u contact them to fix problem u hold for an hour and when u get through to them and give them the case number the consultant who pick up the phone will tell you the case number was never escalated so u wasted your time calling them trying to resolve issues. My issue with them they went debited my acc where is was paid and up to date now I am going every day I try calling them to refund my money it an issue over 8 days talking about the same thing and nothing is never done. I never ever such a terrible experience in my life . Worse network service to bind your self with.
