Terrible experience ever, received my Telkom Uncapped sim on the 24/12/22 and it was never stable since then sometimes it will be offline for days or connect not for more than 5 minutes and now that i want to cancel my contract i am supposed to pay over R

Terrible experience ever, received my Telkom Uncapped sim on the 24/12/22 and it was never stable since then sometimes it will be offline for days or connect not for more than 5 minutes and now that i want to cancel my contract i am supposed to pay over R800.00 which i am not prepared to do so!
