Terrible experience

I made a query about a device and the staff member processed an upgrade under my name then when I dispute that transaction they asked for the documents supporting my dispute but instead they made me pay for the contract until the end of the 24 months period also they promised to reimburse me until today they didn't pay my money back yet they closed my case twice
