Terrible.. Dnt even use telkom for free

Worst network I've ever been with.. I signed up for a adsl uncapped.. After 3 days it just stopped syncing.. I complaint to telkom.. Every time I phone to find out the progress they say it's still being escalated.. Now 2 weeks and no response... Also my bill had all extra costs... Telkom gives a dnt care attitude towards customers service..
