Terrible customer support

Terrible customer service and support.

My line has been dead for over a week. I have contacted the technical support numerous times with the same story "We have escalated your query". I have lost a full weeks worth of business. I have explained the urgency but still no one has come to my office to assist me with getting the service that i am paying for.

Worst of all is that the technical service station is 2 minutes down the road from my office.

However, when i signed up they were out to my office the next day to ensure they have another customer to bill.

Useless.
