Terrible customer service Telkom secunda

Worst business ever . Bought a phone almost two weeks ago and they keep telling me it’s gonna get here Wednesday and yet I am still without a phone and the manager and staff are ignoring me . Telkom secunda is useless . How do you run out of the only thing you sell
