Terrible customer service telkom

Highly disappointed in Telkom. They have double billed us after them asking to eft cash they still proceeded to take off the same amount again via debit order. We are still waiting to be refunded and we are not getting any feedback from customer care nor are they allowing us to be put through to a manager and most are unwilling to help fit the issue.
