Terrible customer service from telkom

As a customer of Telkom for many years I'm absolutely disappointed with the customer service I'm receiving, in the Month of April 2023 i was not debited yet there were sufficient funds in my account, and then on the 19th of May 2023 my services were suspended due to non-payment . i was not even notified that i was handed over for collections, nonetheless my account was then debited on 25th May 2023, ever since then my services have not yet been restored .... after making numerous calls to the call centre there is no one that can assist or get my line restored, the agents were even lying to me ...some didn't even know the name of the manager, nor did they know the address of their place of work

its absolutely ********* to conduct business like this, my agreed date for debit was the last day of the month yet Telkom choose to debit my account whenever they feel like
