Terrible customer service from Telkom.

Their so-called "chatbot" is completely useless and only adds to the frustration. It doesn't solve anything and just sends you in circles. Trying to get hold of an actual human consultant is nearly impossible.

We have real issues that need human assistance, especially our accountants, why is it so hard to get hold of consultant/agent?

I've wasted hours trying to get help, and all I’ve received is automated nonsense. This is beyond disappointing.

If you're thinking of using Telkom. think twice unless you enjoy being ignored.
