Terrible customer service from Telkom

I have been trying to get hold of someone from Telkom for months to solve my query. The service I received is so shocking. You would swear they opened their doors 2 days ago and have no idea how to handle their business. I haven't received any sort of service from them since signing up about a year ago. They send me bill after bill but they do not provide any service.

I signed up with Wenzel Dorasamy who started off as an excellent consultant but stopped communicating proficiently as soon as I said I would sign up. I have no idea who to contact or how to go about it as I keep being billed for service I haven't received.

Do not sign up with TELKOM.
