Terrible customer service from Telkom

Telkom is providing the worst service. They do not debit on the agreed debit date, they milk more money without providing any services. Their customer care is the worst. You end a call with customer care without getting any help and they tell you wait for 7-14 working days. It is now been a month without their services but they keep on milking money.
