TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM TELKOM

I app**** for a contract in store on the 30 April 2022. After many inboxes on Facebook and calling the store, the application is still pending 10 days later with no outcome. I cannot get hold of anyone at Telkom either. This is terrible customer service.
