Terrible customer service from a call center Agent!

This agent Named Sizakele she was absolutely disgraceful, she has no telephone etiquette and she is mean and Rude. How she is even a customer care agent still shocks me that girl is horrible. She shouts at a customer for asking questions and she gets frustrated over the phone and speaks over you as a customer. Telkom will loose a lot of customers if they have to deal with that girl.
