Terrible customer service

Hi I'm client with Telkom for many years now, when I dial them to resolve my query consultant put me on hold and the next thing the call is in the survey. I have been trying to query my billing with them on my *** number but no luck and all their consultant don't call you back after cutting your line or call gets disrupted. I don't know but the service level is bad
