Terrible customer service experience

I have requested for the termination of 2 particular contracts almost 2 months ago however it was never auctioned. The consultant that called me to confirm the termination said it would be done but that was not the case.

My notice period has long passed and I am not willing to wait for another month to end.

I want an immediate termination effective from the first initial date requested.
