Terrible customer service!

The worst service and coomunication from this company! I am paying for advertising of which i have not signed a single document for. I have made numerous calls to their call centre with no luck what so ever. After giving me ticket numbers and no staff member ever gets back to me. Their whatsApp line is even worse! *** from the 11th of November the person handling this number keeps reading my messages and have never had a fruitful response. Disgusting!
