Terrible customer service

I have 2 contracts with telkom. Since i had them i have been having issues up untill now no operator could have solved for me after multiple calls still no help.. I also asked for the debit order to be stopped which still isnt done.. I will not pay the debit order bounce fee as this was arranged. My sim is out of work for one month now no response i send out emails no one is willing to sort it out for me.. I just wish this contract could end so i could take out service some where else this is terrible never ever again will i use telkom
