Terrible Customer Service

Awful customer service. I was debited a day early for the month of June even though the agreement was to be debited on the last day of the month, the debit order declined and a fee of R202 was added to my next bill. I was told that the I was debited a day early because the last day of the month was a Sunday and debits do not go out on a Sunday and funny enough the debit for the month of August went out on a Sunday.
