Terrible customer service! DISAPPOINTED!!

<p>Good day</p> <p>I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received at telkom store in Rosebank. Firstly, I'd start by saying that, I purchased a cellular phone on contract, and the consultants including the manager were not bothered to explain the pro's and con's of the contract having told them that it was my first contract. Secondly, I was promised 1 gig all network data, yet only 796mb was given. Lastly, I was not told that there is out of bundle data that is recurring. That shows that the consultants do not care about clients. What I fail to understand is that, when I asked about payment plans and data packages, no one assisted, including the store manager. If Telkom does not take care of this matter then they must cancel my contract and I will give the phone back to telkom immediately.</p> <p>Please assist in resolving this matter ASAP!!!</p> <p>Thank you!!</p>
