Terrible customer service delivery

<p>Cables were ****** in my area, telkom refused to put new cables and the only choice we had was to go with the wireless telephone, I am on my third wireless phone cause that's how cheaply made they are. They last phone refused to charge therefore I am unable to use the phone. Took it to telkom galleria mall in October last year and was told there is a waiting list fore the wireless phones and they always don't have stock and the supplier is the problem. I have been to 3 other telkom branches and was told the same thing, leave your name and number and we will put you on the waiting list. To date I still do not have a phone, or a response from Telkom. Service levels are terrible, why must they bring in a phone that is soo cheaply made and use useless suppliers. The staff are not even informed as when they will get stock. Very unhappy with the pathetic service levels from Telkom.</p>
