Terrible customer service by Telkom Staff member

I went into Telkom at Gateway to get some information and assistance regarding my account..

An agent by the name of Hamida Ibrahim has to be one of the rudest people I have come across in the customer service area.

She had logged a fault on their system for someone to contact me. After waiting a while, I asked her how long do they take to call back and whether she can probably get someone on the phone quicker to assist me, which she said was not possible.

As a long time customer of Telkom, I don't think it's fair for a consultant to roll their eyes at me rudely.

As if that wasn't enough, when I asked that she please not roll her eyes at me, she decided to turn and walk away as I was speaking.
