Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Network coverage issues reported in Albertsdal at Leopard's Rest complex but for the past two weeks problem not sorted. Internet connection is the worst but oneis still expected to pay their subscriptions. We are all so fed up and ready to change to Vodacom.
