Terrible customer service and untrained staff

Unreachable. The staff at the stores do not have any clue regarding contracts. The phone numbers don't get answerd. My contact expired. I want to renew it. The lady at the store told me to wait 20 days. Like whay!. Why?????? Just renew the contact
