TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SLOW PROCESS

I’ve had my phone with you guys for over a month 😡😡😡😡😡 WHEN AM I GETTING MY PHONE?! You’ve been giving me the run around telling my insurance is not processed and when the phone is already fixed😡😡 Your consultants at Tygervalley Telkom are pathetic and not empathetic at all!!!

I HIGHLY ADVISE THAT YOU DO NOT GET ANY INSURANCE WITH TELKOM COS WOW!!!! They have the worst customer service from the consultants in the stores to their call center 🤮🤮🤮 I have experienced such better customer service and efficiency from the lady at the ****a shop!!

Just fix and give me back my phone !!
