Terrible customer service and hard cancel

Telkom has terrible customer service. They are happy to sign clients on and they forget about customer retention because there is no support, hard to get through their call center and almost impossible to cancel. I have tried to reach them numerous times and the process is exhausting, this poor service means being stuck with an unreliable WiFi service and simultaneously paying another service provider that provides a much better job. I will never use Telekom services again and will not recommend them to anyone.
