Terrible customer service and empty promises from consultants Telkom mobile Maponya

<p>I visited the Telkom mobile store in Maponya on the 29th of May to apply for a new contract. Unfortunately the colour I was looking for was out of stock. I don't know the name of the lady that assisted me as she never mentioned it but what I remember she was a dark skinned lady with long braids. The consultant then made a copy of my documents and advised she would call once the stock has arrived. I waited patiently for her call and a week later there was no contact from her. I called the store on Monday 6th June out of interest to check if the stock has arrived. The lady that assisted me yelled Sibongile to find out if there was stock available. She came back to the line and advised there was stock and that there was only one phone remaining as the stock was received last week. I then described the lady that assisted me and she then came up with two names Linda and Tumi and said they match the criteria. She advised that she will get one of them to give me a call and to this hour I have not received anything. I have tried contacting the store more than 10 times today with no answer and on 3 occasions the phone was dropped in my ear. As someone that works for a company that deals with customers and customer service, this is by far the most horrible experience. The lack of customer service in the store is shocking.</p>
