Terrible customer service and communication

The worst customer service with ridiculous turn around times! My account was suspended due to non payment which payments where made using the provided details for Easy pay and Absa bank account and it's now close to three weeks with numerous follow up calls and escalation till this day my line is not reconnected. This has caused such an inconvenience as thus is my work and business line and even worse one can not make outgoing calls even for emergency cases. The worst part is the contradiction from the call center agencies everyday when I call it's a different story I dont know what do anymore!!! This evident that they have no care and respect for customers all they are concerned about is the collection if income and not customer service.
