TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- ACC SUSPENSION DUE TO NO FEEDBACK FROM BILLING! NO BILL PROVIDED DESPITE LOGIN ONLINE!!!

Despite emailing the billing team a week ago my account was suspended. I never received an invoice and was unable to pay online due to no bill visible on my accounts.
